Baking and cooking with Olo marzipan

Tip 1

Whether for baking or decorating - in our webshop you will find
Baking marzipan, almond paste, hazelnut paste, modelling marzipan, nuts and much more.

Tip 2

Heat Olo Modelling Marzipan or Olo Baking Marzipan well wrapped in plastic in the oven or in a bain-marie to max. 40 °C until it is soft and pliable. Then process as usual - but with much less effort.

Tip 3

When cooking or baking, always use Olo baking marzipan or Olo almond or nut baking paste, these can withstand the hot temperatures.
For decorating cakes, forming figures or making chocolates, we recommend Olo modelling marzipan.
