However, we also carry out special customer orders: we peel, sliver, cut into sticks, grind, flake, roast or salt almost every type of nut, in quantities from 500 kg.

As a small manufacturer, olo marzipan employs traditional, gentle methods and offers cost-efficient batches for the large number of preparation processes.

Our almonds are imported from Spain and California in collaboration with long-established partner companies.

All our products are fully processed in our factory here in Lyssach.
